What do I do?

As I write this, I can't avoid remembering the awkward feeling I had when I thought I would be switching fields at the age of 52. I truely believed that if offered the job, I would now be dealing with an inferior product. How further from the true. After having the opportunity to watch how these homes are constructed, watching the set up and seeing for myself the incredible opportunity to be able to purchase a custom built, true modular home for thousands of dollars less then a site built spec home, I knew I made the right decision. Unlike the site built home where everything nice is an upgrade priced way beyond its original cost. I would now be able to offer almost all of those same upgrades as a standard feature. We use all Batt insulation, Attic R-30, Walls R-13, Floor R-25. 5 1/4 Crown & base molding in every room, every closet and every bathroom. 34 oz Plush carpet by Shaw with 6lb rebond pad. 36" vanity height, upgraded lighting in every bath.
